The 2018 Summer Program Registration will be open to current Club members and past summer club members beginning February 16th, 2018

We strongly encourage families to sign up in advance for our Summer Program as packages are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.

2018 Summer Program

June 11th – August 24th

7:30am - 6:00pm (12:00-6:00pm during summer school)

Open to all children who are at least 7-years old  

*Limit of 60 summer memberships*

10+ Junior Staff Member positions for children entering 6th - 8th grade

Session Dates & Times

·         Summer Kick Off: June 11th – June 15th; 7:30am – 6:00pm

·         Session 1: (summer school package) June 18th – June 29th; 7:30am – 8:00am, 12:00 – 6:00pm

·         Session 2: (summer school package) July 2nd – July 13th; 7:30am – 8:00am, 12:00 – 6:00pm

·         Session 3: (summer school package)

                       Session 3(a): July 16th - July 20th; 7:30am - 8:00am, 12:00 - 6:00pm

                       Session 3(b): July 23rd - July 27th; 7:30am - 6:00pm

·         Session 4: (regular summer program) July 30th – August 10th; 7:30am – 6:00pm    

·         Session 5: (regular summer program) August 13th – August 24th; 7:30am – 6:00pm

  • All BGC summer Club members must participate in the SDFA Summer School Program
  • Session fees must be paid by the first day of each session for a child to attend. Invoices will be sent out during the week prior to the new session starting. An initial invoice will be generated for all families to view the account balance.
  • No refunds
  • If a family wants to sign up a member for one week of a session, the cost will be $90.00 plus membership fee
  • If a family wants to sign up a member for one day, the cost will be $25.00 plus membership fee
  • If a family wants to add drop-in dates for a member (2:00pm - 6:00pm), the cost will be the $10.00 membership fee
  • The online membership registration fee will be $10.00; the paper membership registration fee will be $30.00
  • The Junior Staff membership cost will be $20.00
  • A limited number of scholarships may be made available upon request and upon completion and consideration of a 2018 Scholarship Form

One-time Summer Membership Fee: Online: $10.00, Paper: $30.00

Cost for Summer Kickoff Week: $75.00, payment due 6/11/18

Cost for Summer School Package: $325.00, payment due 6/18/18

Cost for Summer Package each additional child: $300.00

Cost for Regular Summer Package: $300.00, payment due 7/30/18

Cost for Regular Summer Package each additional child: $275.00

Cost for Full Summer Program: $700.00 + membership fee

Cost for the Full Summer Program for each additional child: $625.00 + membership fee

 

A la carte membership costs:

Cost for 2 week sessions: $150.00 each session, payment due on the first Monday of each session

Cost for 2 week sessions each additional child: $140.00

Cost for Summer Kickoff Week: $75.00, payment due 6/11/18
